Sorry, it's been a while. We're still having sleep issues here, which makes blogging time scarce, as well as making my temper short.... Last night I fell asleep with Catherine, which was a real bummer, because I wanted to talk to Brian about a fight we had earlier. Now, the air is still not cleared from that, and I don't anticipate having a good day.


We had Catherine's pediatrician visit on Tuesday. We talked to her about it all day, warned her that it was happening, told her that we were just going to talk to the doctor, no shots, Casting Couch Teens he was going to look in her ears, etc. She was obviously very nervous about it, but we thought she was reasonably prepared. Well, we go into the waiting room, he comes out and says hi to her and she starts to WAIL. It all went downhill from there, with the worst part coming when he had to examine her with her fighting and screaming the entire time.Please Bang My Wife I really don't know what to do... I'm starting to wonder if we have to change doctors. I love his philosophy and the way he is so laid back about so many things, but he doesn't have a great bedside manner. He's a big man, and moves quickly, and "handles" her, which is obviously not the way she needs to be treated. She is reacting so badly to it. Anyway, we have a referral for a language evaluation, and our first appointment is next Thursday.
